We are a business run by animal lovers for animal lovers. We are passionate about wildlife and environmental issues too. Most of the postal packaging we use is recycled. We ask our friends and local businesses to give us their unwanted packaging for us to re-use.

Please please email us pictures of your four-legged or feathered friends for inclusion in our Rogues Gallery on this web site and our Facebook page. Whether it’s your dog in his new coat, or one of our nest boxes in your garden, we would love you to send us a photo.

We will do our best to process your order within one working day, though in busy periods it might take slightly longer.

You are given the option to select Express or Economy delivery at Checkout. Express normally takes 1 to 2 and Economy delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Most items will be sent out using either Royal Mail or Hermes. The current pandemic related crisis may cause delivery delays occasionally.

Certain items are sent direct from the supplier and may take a little longer.


If you live outside the UK mainland (including the Channel Islands) and would like to place an order that is not a problem. Please just email:  sales@feathersandpaws.co.uk and we will give you a range of postal options to choose from.

We very much hope it will continue to be easy to send items to Northern Ireland, but please check the Government website for details.


Our customers are incredibly important to us and we want you, and your four-legged friend, to be happy with your purchase. So if you wish to return an item please email us with the order details at sales@feathersandpaws.co.uk and we will organise a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Please return to the address below. We strongly suggest using an Economy Tracked service to return an item, which can easily be booked online at https://www.parcel2go.com/

We do our best to package all our deliveries with the greatest of care, but unfortunately accidents do happen! If an item arrives broken, please take a photo and attach this to your email. There should be no need to return the item.

We will refund you once we have received the item back in its original packaging in the condition in which you received it – unless of course there is a manufacturing fault or a breakage. Return postage will not be refunded, unless again there is a manufacturing fault or breakage.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund items that are made-to-measure or that have been clearly used or worn.
