WHY FEATHERS AND PAWS?
We are a business run by animal lovers for animal lovers. We are passionate about wildlife and environmental issues too. Please please email us pictures of your four-legged or feathered friends for inclusion in our Rogues Gallery on this web site and our Facebook page. Whether it’s your dog in his new coat, or one of our nest boxes in your garden, we would love you to send us a photo.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We will do our best to process your order within one working day, though in busy periods it might take slightly longer.
All items are sent out free by an economy service, unless you select a faster postage method. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Most items will be sent out tracked by a courier – usually Hermes. Smaller items will be sent out by Royal Mail second class post un-tracked.
If you wish you can purchase either Royal Mail First Class Signed For or Collect Plus Next Day Delivery. For Collect Plus we need to have received your order by 11.00 am. Collect Plus offer a very reliable service, but they cannot guarantee next day delivery.
Certain larger items are sent direct from the supplier and may take a little longer.
We currently do not offer a delivery service outside the UK mainland.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Our customers are incredibly important to us and we want you, and your four-legged friend, to be happy with your purchase. However if you wish to return an item please email us with the order details at email@example.com and we will organise a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
We do our best to package all our deliveries with the greatest of care, but unfortunately accidents do happen! If an item arrives broken, please take a photo and attach this to your email.
We will refund you once we have received the item back in its original packaging in the condition in which you received it – unless of course there is a manufacturing fault or a breakage.
Unfortunately we are not able to refund items that are made-to-measure or that have been clearly used or worn.
