DELIVERY OPTIONS

We will do our best to process your order within one working day, though in busy periods it might take slightly longer.

All items are sent out by an economy service, unless you select Royal Mail First Class. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Most items will be sent out tracked by a courier – usually Hermes. Small items may be sent out by Royal Mail second class post un-tracked.

Some items are sent to you direct from the manufacturer, so they may take a little longer.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY – We welcome orders from abroad. Please email sales@feathersandpaws.co.uk and we will give you a choice of postal options and invoice you directly.

We try to do our little bit for the environment by using recycled materials for our packaging, so it may not look very corporate!

Special Requests: Please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to help.

RETURNS

Our customers are incredibly important to us and we want you, and your four-legged friend, to be happy with your purchase. So if you wish to return an item please email us with the order details at sales@feathersandpaws.co.uk and we will organise a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

We do our best to package all our deliveries with the greatest of care, but unfortunately accidents do happen! If an item arrives broken, please take a photo and attach this to your email.

We will refund you once we have received the item back in its original packaging in the condition in which you received it – unless of course there is a manufacturing fault or a breakage.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund items that are made-to-measure or that have been clearly used or worn.
